ANN ARBOR, Mich. University of Michigan president Mary Sue Coleman did not make herself available to answer questions following a Board of Regents meeting Thursday in which an internal audit of the school's football program practice time was on the agenda.
Coleman quickly slipped through a door after the meeting was adjourned.
Spokesman Kelly Cunningham said Coleman would not address an ongoing NCAA investigation into whether Michigan's football program exceeded mandated practice limits last year.

Although I see this game has evolved into a meaningful one during the last few years, I'm not sure we're quite ready to call it a rivalry.

Brandon Minor is doubtful for Saturday's game because of a shoulder injury that has been bothering him in recent weeks.
It figures that even though his ankle injury is finally better, he may not play because of a different injury.
I'm sure nothing would keep Minor off the field on Saturday if it was his decision, but Rich Rodriguez explicitly said yesterday that whether or not he plays will be up to the trainers.

Mike Brown told the Free Press today that the pair met on Monday -- he said he wasn't sure what the meeting was about or how it arose -- and that's what she told Rodriguez.
